Hello, Kappa Alumnae of Madison! There have been lots of changes this year. We have an exciting year ahead. Our association is 100 years old. We will continue to focus on membership growth and start contributing to philanthropies.
We need your energy, voice, and service. The Madison Alumnae Association wants to see you. Come on out to an event this year. We have 310 Kappa alumnae in Madison. Our goal is to have one event every month, and to make a personal connection with each and every one of you. I would like to encourage you all to attend at least one event, and make one new Kappa sister your friend.
You are probably wondering “Why does she care so much about alumnae? Why should I care and get involved?” Well, my answer to you is: Remember that you are a part of Kappa’s history, and I challenge you to contribute to that history by giving back to Kappa.
We must remember that the ties which bind us do not end with college days, we come together as alumnae, to strengthen and sustain our friendships, while reaffirming ourselves to this Fraternity. We must now endeavor to preserve these ideals and purposes so that others who come after us may have the opportunity to share in this friendship which we call sisterhood.
